Nobody Likes a Tryhard
Hey pals,
So after I announced my plans for pushing out new content for Decree, I immediately launched into work on the first update. I decided to try my hand at a few different example dungeons and move the Ruins update up the timeline. I had four different ruins (i.e. dungeons) outlined. I then realised four was far too much work, and focused in on one. Then my ideas for that one dungeon got extremely high-concept. I delved into outlining the super-cool idea I had, and then, well, I completely fucking daunted myself and hit a productivity brick wall.
So yeah, back to the original plan.
Bitter Seeds is fully planned out and playable, so going forward I'll focus back in on this instead of getting carried away with new ideas. It's easy to underestimate the amount of work even simple content takes, and piling even *more* work on myself was frankly a very dumb idea.
So yeah, apologies for the delay. Will be back on track soon. Much love to anybody who has checked out the game so far.
