Update 0.15: Filing Off the Serial Numbers

Hey folks,
First up, thanks so much for all the support so far. Decree is currently sitting at number 3 2 (!!!) in the 'New and Popular' category for physical games, and that's just wild, especially for a game that had basically no prior promotion or fanfare.
I'm pushing out a small update to address a few things found after release:
- Some weapons and items have been renamed to better distinguish them from their primary influences - Auto-Rifles are now Repeaters, Scout Rifles are now Precision Rifles, Hand-Cannons are now Coilguns.
- The Repulsor Gun artefact has been removed and replaced with the Dreadlancer - I liked the idea of the Repulsor Gun but it ended up being almost identical to the Concussion Projector augment for regular Scatterguns. The Dreadlancer has (IMO) a more interesting mechanic.
- Several grammatical mistakes have been cleaned up in the process.
Next up, I'll be working on the Ruins update. I don't have an ETA for it just yet, but it shouldn't be too far away. I'll be sure to talk a bit more about it in the coming weeks.
